Pre-Construction Planning

2.0 PRE-CONSTRUCTION & SITE COORDINATION

City Elevator Ltd. recognizes the need and value of planning ahead. By reviewing and evaluating contractor suggestions, issues and recommendations that originate from initial hazard assessments can greatly reduce the risk in the future. To do this we will conduct a pre-construction meeting consisting of a representative from each trade to review the health and safety requirements specific to that project site.

A record of this meeting and the issues discussed must be kept for due diligence purposes. At the Site Meeting the City Elevator Ltd. coordinator will ensure that all contractors/sub-contractors initial issues and concerns are addressed as well as details of the site specific safety information is passed along.
